The Penduka Manifesto

Manifesto Banners-01

AS A TRIBE OF WOMEN, STRIVING TO LIVE FULLY ALIVE & WHOLEHEARTEDLY EMBRACE GRACE, WE WILL:

Choose joy every single day.

Ask brave questions & bring honest answers.

Silence the urge to compete.

Feed gratitude.  Starve comparison.

Own your story.

Rejection happens.  Smile & shake it off.

Watch your words.

Speak life.

Say yes to living in the moment.

Speak loudly enough to discover your voice.  Own it.

Step out and Be Brave.

Take risks.  Repeat.  Embrace failure.

Be quiet enough to listen to your heart.

Create something amazing every day with whatever you have.

Redefine amazing.

Stop criticizing your failed attempts and celebrate that you tried.

Stop apologizing for being human.

Fiercely guard your mind.

Cling to hope. Be relentlessly positive.

Aim for progress, not perfection. Grace always.

Be willing to look foolish.

Take responsibility for your life.

Acknowledge your power. Use it wisely.

Invest in what matters.

Use your talent to improve something.

Protect your yes.  Spend yourself wisely.

Create without criticism.

Be kind to yourself.

Check your price tag.

More faith.  Less everything else.

Fire up your courage. Fire your worry.

Detach your identity from external applause.

Do work that matters.

Silence the internal chatter.

Celebrate small wins.

Pursue wholeness.

Foster authentic friendship.  Minimize soul drainage.

Master the art of forgiveness.

Travel lightly.

Stop avoiding pain. press into it. Choose growth over comfort.

Stop searching for happiness.  Create it.

Collaborate.  Find your tribe.  Love them well.

Mine the gold. Celebrate each other.  Practice doesn’t make perfect, it makes permanent.

Keep showing up.

Learn something new every day.

Pour into others. Be generous with your knowledge.

Different is good. Variety is the spice of life.

Stay focused.  Shut out distraction.

Follow through. Simplify.

Open your heart and home.

Honor the longings of your heart.  Question the fear in your head.

Learn from the past, dream of the future, live in the now.

Laugh easily.  Especially at yourself.

Redefine success.  Honor the process.

Refuse to feed limiting beliefs.  Feel the fear, press in anyway.

Allow others to be the hero.

Find your passion. Wake it up and feed it.

Nurture your strengths, acknowledge your weakness.

Reach out.  Rise up.  Love authentically.  Lead bravely.

Be intentional. Extend grace.

Live fully awake.

We spend so much time waiting to feel ready... mor We spend so much time waiting to feel ready...
more confident, more equipped, more certain.
But God often asks a simpler question:
What’s already in your hand?

Small doesn’t mean insignificant.
And obedience doesn’t require certainty—just trust.
