Contrary to popular belief, further enhanced by the distinct stagnancy of this little blog, I am still alive.

Which is incredibly convenient seeing my husband is in desperate need of some clean underwear.
2 weeks, 10 states, and 70 hours later, our summer extravaganza has come to an end. And it was wicked cool to the last drop. We rocked our way from Michigan, through Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Colorado, Nebraska and Iowa.
And, thanks to Starbucks, silly putty, Redbox and massive amounts of grace… we all still like each other. Very much.
I have so much to share…so much to catch up on…and plenty of lose ends to tie up before school starts on Tuesday {woah!}…so stay tuned for some fabulous photies of mountains, vistas, smiling loin-fruit and a 6 day old gorilla babe in the next week or two, along with some recipes {edible and non} and some fun vacation details {like how to survive in a car with 2 little ones for 70 hours}.
